In Ilíberis Consulting we have developed a clear and effective methodology to start exporting or implanted into a foreign market .

Our field work was carried out through two teams, one located in Spain and the other in the target country through our network of partners in the local market.

  • The project has a duration determined by the scope thereof, which will be designed and implemented all the actions included in the plan or contracted service.
  • Cost of service closed: know in advance how valuable the service. The budget will vary depending on the scope of the project, but it will always be specified in the definition of the plan.
  • No commissions or subsequent obligations: do not set % commission on sales.

The work is done by two teams, one located in Spain and the other in the target country, through our correspondents in the local market.

In this way we get information directly from the country with which you are starting or consolidating business.

Our work plan

Phase 1: Strategy

Phase 2: Start UP

  • Implementation of measures. Implementation of the proposed improvements and opportunities identified. We advise and support our clients throughout the process.
  • Management of change in the organization. It is important to recognize which changes must be made in the company and the management of these changes. We work in an integrated manner the four concepts of change: culture, team skills, climate and the work plan.
  • Team training. We train your personnel to take on new tasks, tools and methods in the areas of marketing and export.
  • Monitoring and measurement of results.

We keep track of actions to achieve the objectives set out in marketing and export. Measured and optimize the results in order to maximize their investment and identify new business opportunities.
